Welcome to Doing Life with Anna Carson!

Being a highly visible person (which isn't something you can help when you're on two crutches), brings about some very interesting unsolicited conversations. Usually, these conversations happen on stairs.

Once I hit the stairs, all eyes are on me, it really is the most amazing thing.

One day, while I was taking the stairs, someone asked me, "why don't you take the elevator?" I told her, "I'm just doing life! I love the stairs!" She looked at me incredulously, and asked, "How could you prefer stairs when it takes so much energy?"

"Life is good, and exercise is a natural high!"

I come from a family of athletes. I consider myself an athlete. Compared to all the other things I'm doing, this is the least amount of exercise I will do today.  For me, walking up stairs is like nothing compared to the other hours of working out and pushing the limits. To take the stairs isn't even pushing a limit, it's just... doing it.

I'm not trying to be flippant when I say I'm just doing life, because I am just doing life!

Anna's 3 Key Components

"If you're gonna be me, you're gonna need more hours in your day!"

"Our highest aspirations are always filtered through our negative subconscious beliefs. Theta healing addresses the cause of our problems,  and changes it permanently."

"When we give ourselves to music, the darkness of the world is literally pushed away."
